Hi, I just want to remind everybody about the two categories of vitamins. There is the fat soluble vitamins and the water soluble vitamins. This is very important and a lot of times I think people don’t recognise that, that soluble vitamins are the most important to remember, those vitamins are a D, E and K. fat soluble vitamins.
When the body gets too many, they can be stored in the liver and that can cause liver damage even as go as far as causing problems like liver failure. Very important to be careful with the vitamin D. Then there is the water soluble vitamins, those vitamins or some of the vitamin B’s and the C’s. Those if you get too much you just sweat it out. You’ll pee it out. You might smell like vitamins, and those are not toxic. The fat soluble vitamins are toxic
