What We Need To Know Now!

I hope that by now we all are beginning to understand the importance of stress. Stress is the “silent killer”. I believe stress itself can cause stresses on the immune system which in turn, can cause high blood pressure, stroke, heart disease, and can allow abnormal cells to get by the “PAC Man” process of the immune system. This has been said simply. It is much more complex than this. The process is very complex but the immune system is our first and last defense for good health.

With so much going on in the world today, it is sometimes hard to not allow stress to creep into our lives. While traveling the other day, I was listening to a podcast program that brought up an interesting subject. The question was presented to Lee Carol, “What information do I need to know most.” Yes, I agree, that sounds like an open-ended question. I loved the answer that he gave. It has made me think and I want to share it with you.

“The thing you need to know right now is how to create an energy around you that keeps you balanced and joyful, no matter what’s in your life or the world.”

“Can you see things in a sacred light? Can you send light to the places that need it the most, allowing for free choice? Or do you wallow in the drama of the politics?”

“Learn to see appropriateness…the overview… and to then get to work and send the light to the most needed places on Earth – the Middle East, Africa, and the places of leadership and government. Send them light with spiritual integrity, not bias. Illuminate their areas, giving them a better choice to see things they never saw before.”

“Be as the lighthouse that stands on the rock and helps to steer the ships into a safe harbor. Don’t take sides. Don’t judge the belief system of the ships. Just hold the light and anchor yourself. Let Spirit do the rest.”

Maybe if I pray more for those who may need prayer, and if I have less judgement, this could help lightened my load of self induced stress.
