What is Grounding or Earthing therapy?
Everyday our body gathers free radicals released by EMF generating devices. “Grounding” or “Earthing” therapy can help balance the natural energy flowing in our body.

It is a universal fact that the soil is abundant in vitamins and minerals that our body gravely needs. All the food that we consume came from the ground, and it is safe to say that the soil is our source of life, literally. Rather than seeing crops as the bottom of the food chain, if we look at it differently, we could see that they are also the START of the food chain. So it is clear to us that the ground is really important in our everyday life.

Until recently, humans were in direct contact with the soil;  gardening, playing, and everything that we can do under the sun. Now we live in houses, wear shoes, and are surrounded by EMF (electro magnetic force) generating appliances, such as wifi, tv, digital devices and etc; little do we know that our advanced lifestyle is causing a great imbalance inside our body.

Grounding or Earthing therapy corrects this imbalance. With the same thought that was introduced, the ground is essential in our everyday life, not just by direct consumption of its produce, but through molecular activity as well.

How does “Earthing therapy” works?

Our body is naturally filled with chemical energy, not by choice but by necessity. This chemical energy is equally divided into two – proton(+) and electron(-). An imbalance between the two would cause our system to act haywire, thus resulting in chronic pains, early aging diseases and other unnatural occurrence in our body.

Currently, with the great amount of EMF in our surroundings, this causes free radicals in the form of protons to manifest in our body, overthrowing the electrons that we have. That’s where Earthing helps.

Earthing therapy has the same idea why we stabilize (ground) our electrical outlets to avoid the excess overflow of positive charges. The soil is also known as a conductor and can allow electron energy to move freely in and above it. Direct contact with it will let the electron energy to flow freely inside our body, creating harmony with the proton energy in our body.

Walking, playing or standing barefoot on the beach or concrete-ground for 15 minutes will be enough to stabilize the electron energy inside your body.  Moist soil or wet concrete connected to the ground is more preferable because of its stronger conducting capability that the norm.

Earthing therapy is the most powerful and FREE alternative in diminishing aggressive free radicals that can cause physical pains. But for severe chronic diseases, 15 min. of grounding would not be realistic. Luckily, there are manufacturers that sells  grounding devices, such as grounding mats, throws, sheets, to use for a longer period of time without having to walk or stand barefoot outdoors.
