Wouldn’t you like a Bloody Mary recipe that’s both potent and tasty and contains some of the most potent cancer fighters on the plant? Let’s take a look at the ingredients in this cancer fighting drink.
✓ Red Beets. These help protect against cancer, especially colon cancer.
✓ Carrots. Carrots and the juice have been used successfully in beating cancer.
✓ Tomatoes. Besides getting the juice that gives the characteristic red color to Bloody Mark drinks, tomatoes help guard the DNA in your cells from damage that can lead to cancer.
✓ Baby Spinach. This is one of the healthiest dark green leafy vegetables that contain a large number of valuable vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. Spinach is also very rich in folic acid that helps maintain the cell’s genetic code and regular normal cell division.
✓ Broccoli. A cruciferous vegetable that’s among those that are most powerful as cancer fighting foods. It’s high in fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
