Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin, there’s two types of vitamins. There’s the fat soluble and the water soluble when it comes to fat solubles. That is the A, D, E, and K. So vitamin D is a buzzword, sort of because everybody is learning that we don’t get enough sunshine.

It’s great for cancer, it’s good to prevent cancer and all of that good. It’s true. However, people are just putting themselves on it without doing the vitamin D levels, and doctors are actually putting patients on it.

The big problem is if you get too much it’s stored in the liver, and it’s can cause your liver enzymes to go up and it can actually cause liver failure.

Get the blood work levels done monthly so that you don’t cause any problems and you can stay healthy.
