Want To Ruin Your Health? Just Eat Lots Of This

Last weekend I went on a cleaning spree and started cleaning my office of old junk that no longer served a purpose. I have not done this in a long time so you can imagine what a job it was. In fact, I’m still working on it.

I came across several articles I have kept because I thought they were good but then I had either forgotten about them or couldn’t remember where I have put them. One of the articles is was entitled, 102 Ways Sugar Can Ruin Your Health.

They taught us in medical school that sugar is not the best thing for us to eat when we had a bad cold, a bacterial infection, or just sick. The reason is that science has found that bacteria feeds off of sugar. They have also found that cancer cells love sugar and sugar will help cancer to replicate immediately.

A former patient had given me this article to share but when I researched as to where it originally came from, I found that it came from Nancy Appleton. She has a great website I’d like for you to visit. Its www.nancyappleton.com I want to give her the credit for the research she did in order to bring such great information to us. It took a lot. Thanks to Nancy Appleton. The following is her work.
